Foundation

For DSOs ready to consolidate the stack and prove the channel.

We get the systems running. Denticon turned on end-to-end, the duplicated vendor line items retired, and a new-patient funnel with closed-loop attribution wired into your PMS. By the end of the pilot you have a repeatable patient-acquisition motion and the data to defend it to your board.

What's included

  • Denticon audit and configuration of unused modules
  • Vendor stack review with consolidation recommendations
  • New-patient landing pages + booking funnel
  • Review and reputation routing inside your PMS
  • AI texting and reactivation workflows
  • Closed-loop attribution back to revenue
  • Weekly working sessions, monthly attribution readout

Outcome

Patient acquisition working end-to-end. Stack consolidated. Attribution reporting in place.

Optional add-on

Meta Ad Spend

$50 / day / practice

Pass-through to Meta. No markup. We manage the spend and report on it, we don't profit from it. Adds onto Foundation or Scale. Scope up or down per practice as the funnel proves out.

A note on pricing

Why no sticker prices on the site?

DSO scope varies wildly: portfolio size, current PMS, vendor footprint, the practices you'd start with. Pinning a number to cold traffic just anchors you against pricing that doesn't fit your business. Pricing takes about fifteen minutes on the scoping call once we know what you're working with. Pilots usually reallocate spend you're already committing across current vendors, not net-new line items.

Frequently asked

Before the call.

How do I know whether Foundation or Scale is the right fit?
Foundation if your stack is sprawl and your attribution is opaque - we get the systems and reporting working first. Scale if the foundation is already in place (yours or ours) and the bottleneck is creative output and campaign velocity. Most DSOs start with Foundation on 2-3 practices, then graduate to Scale once the funnel is proving.
What if we're with Dental Revenue, PatientNews, or another agency on some locations?
We don't fight contracts that are working. We start with the practices nobody's currently running, prove the model, and revisit the contract-up locations when they come around. Most DSOs we talk to have a mix: some locations dialed in, some on autopilot, some completely orphaned. The orphans are where the real lift lives.
We're on Dentrix or Open Dental, not Denticon. Does this still apply?
Same model, different platform. Most DSOs have a mix - usually 60% Denticon, 20% Dentrix, 20% other. We learn what you run. Denticon is just where the biggest unused-feature gap lives because it's the most expensive line item in most stacks.
Why Meta video instead of Google?
Google charges you for patients who already heard your name from a friend. Meta puts video in front of patients who haven't. Most dentists aren't running it, the lane is wide open, and the creative we produce gets used everywhere - on your website, in your reactivation emails, in your Google Business Profile, not just in the ad account.
Why a 90-day pilot minimum?
Real attribution doesn't work on a month-to-month cycle. Weeks one to four are audit, setup, and the on-site shoot. Weeks five to eight are when ads are live and signal starts. Weeks nine to twelve are when we have enough attribution data to make a go-or-no-go call backed by numbers. Anything shorter and you're paying us to run agency timelines on an operator contract.
